The third-party fundraising activity should be one that does not conflict with the mission of Paws It Forward Dog Rescue also referred to as PIF.

The PIF name and/or logo, website, and social media sites cannot be used to promote a third-party event without prior approval by PIF. All approved third-parry fundraisers should submit copies of print materials, which include the PIF logo/name prior to printing/distributing. 

Any fundraiser that requires any type of license (Gaming and Liquor License for example) should first be discussed with and approved by a PIF board member. Any requests to companies for sponsorship, silent auction items, or prizes must first be run through PIF to ensure there is no conflict of interest with another PIF event or with the mission of PIF. 

Any press released or other media contact mentioning PIF should be discussed and approved with PIF prior to distributing.

PIF will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by a third-party fundraising activity. 

All materials borrowed from PIF, such as posters, banners, unsold merchandise etc. must be returned to PIF as soon as possible after the event. 

Items to be lent must be pre-arranged with PIF.
